Comments Policy
Our comment guidelines are not based on censorship, but rather focus on encouraging positive statements and constructive criticism. We want to communicate with our customers while providing up-to-date information about our websites, shipment information, and tips.
Here are some general guidelines:
General Do’s:
-Let us know what new and hot products are out there and that you would like us to offer.
-Share technological news and updates.
-Share your successful methods of referral swapping.
-Tell us about how cool your gift is!
General Don’ts:
-No personal inquiries regarding a particular account or account information. If you have a specific question regarding your account, you must make use of our inquiry system.
-No Ad hominems
-No profanity, slander, sexual or racial references
-No all caps postings
-No irrelevant URL or HTML links
-No advertisement of any kind

Sorry that you’ve had problems contacting us. We worked with Customer Service to modify our FAQ/Help page - Now every subtopic leads to an inquiry box. Type your inquiry here to contact the Customer Service Team directly. (Access the FAQ/Help page by logging into your account and clicking on “Help” on the top right side of the screen.)
